Directory
displays,
rendered.

Wayslap is the tool behind the sign. You run it. Your client never sees it. Drop their spreadsheet in, configure the building, and slap out a finished directory — PNG for the display, PowerPoint for the client to own. Done in minutes, not afternoons.

B.01 — how it works
01
Select a client or create one. Building name, address, leasing contact. Thirty seconds.
02
Set up the sign. Attach the spreadsheet. Pick your sort — Alpha for the phone-book look, Suite for the wayfinding look. Wayslap handles the grouping and layout math either way.
03
Slap. 1080 or 4K PNG, portrait or landscape, PDF for the display wall — or a live PowerPoint the client updates themselves (more below). Building too big for one screen? Split one directory across two 4K displays — balanced automatically, each screen labeled with its own range.
C.01 — actual output

What goes in comes out. Every time.

This is actual Wayslap output, generated from a spreadsheet. No Photoshop. No InDesign. No reflowing the layout because a tenant moved.

Swap one name, re-render. Nothing else shifts. The sign looks exactly like last month's — minus whoever left.

C.02 — the deck they keep

The other deliverable isn't a picture — it's a live PowerPoint the client owns and maintains themselves. One file. No Wayslap, no training, no you.

01
Edit. The tenant list is a plain table on slide 2. A doctor moves out? They type over the name. No design tools, nothing to knock out of alignment.
02
Click Update Sign. A built-in button rebuilds the finished sign from that table — same fonts, same grouping, same layout math Wayslap used. Sub-second.
03
Done — and it's theirs. Export the image, drop it on the display. Every future tenant change is a cell edit and a click. You handed off a sign that maintains itself.
D.01 — what wayslap does not do
It doesn't host your data.
runs on your computer. no wayslap cloud, no wayslap account.
It doesn't sync to a wayslap cloud.
we don't operate one. your tenant list, your renders, your client folders — yours to move, copy, or share on your terms.
It doesn't track you.
no analytics. no account. no telemetry endpoint to phone home to. verified in the source.
It doesn't bundle your data into the app.
handing the .exe to a colleague doesn't hand them your client folders.
It doesn't keep a copy after handoff.
generate the deliverable, hand it off, move on. wayslap doesn't archive anything to a wayslap-controlled store.
E.01 — who built it, who it's for

For the people who currently lose an afternoon every time a tenant moves out.

Wayslap was built for property managers, signage operators, and the AV integrators who end up owning the display problem whether they asked to or not — the people quietly fighting Excel, Word, and InDesign when the right answer is a tool that reads a spreadsheet and produces a finished sign.

Single-developer app from MEDiAGATO LLC, Raleigh, NC. Built because the existing options were embarrassing.
